We ordered 2 of these in king size and both my husband and I love them. They arrived in 2 small boxes and rolled up very tightly. After unpacking it took only a few hours to expand to their full size. We had taken them outside to expand and did not notice any strange smell afterward.The quality of the pillows is fantastic, they are very well made and look beautiful. We immediately noticed a difference in our quality of sleep and neck problems are disappearing. Best of all, though, is the fact that they are "adjustable". After they "fluffed up" they were quite firm, but we decided to try it for one night. No, too firm! So both of us removed some of the memory foam to adjust them to our individual liking. They are now perfect, comfortable, great sleep, no neck aches or headaches. The pillows are not cheap, but worth every penny.
