If you need a headboard and broke buy this. Well made, looks nice. I layered mine with a fake sheepskin rug. Also it's easy to put together. I just leaned it against the wall and pushed bed up to it.If you are wanting a GREY headboard this is not true grey. It’s more of a slate blueish grey, mostly blue tones.It’s not exactly what I was wanting but the hassle of returning it has me on the fence, I’m giving it a few days and deciding. I don’t want $75 going down the drain.It’s pretty easy to assemble although the bolts did not fit through the metal bed frame I just bough, so I had to use the old frames bolts and added some of the new nuts as spacers.I like that it’s adjustable as my low profile box spring makes my mattress sit lower and I wanted the mattress right up to headboard so pillows would stay put.Overall, I’m on the fence, return it or spend money to get some fabric that is actually dark grey, yet to be determined.Good headboard for the money. Mine did come with a small tear of the fabric but it was on the backside and I stapled it closed. It’s comfortable, the color was as advertised >brown.I received it in perfect condition in dark brown color.It is perfect for our needs. the only thing my wife didn't like was that the fabric was stapled on the back and it did not have a neat finish. I don't mind it since it is not visible since our bed is placed against the wall. Other than that it has nice height.Another neat thing is that you can adjust the height since the legs are removable and there are multiple holes on the back of the headboard to adjust the height. This headboard alone has changed the whole look of the bed. I am using it with platform frame which is 18 inch tall with storage beneath the frame. I am using the headboard bed bracket to attach it with this frame.I will post an update if I find out something more which I like or dislike about this.The price point for the look of this headboard was awesome. It did come with some scuffs and the bolts did not always align perfectly straight but install was easy. My bed frame did not have a spot to bolt it to the headboard but it still looks great in the mean time. I would recommend this headboard but make sure you have the proper mounts on your bed frame for attaching all the way.This was a good purchase; I've been wanting to get a new headboard for our guest room and this works very well.The smoke grey that I received does not seem to have any blue tones in it. There was no chemical smell and it was easy to install. Very pleased with it.Love this headboard. It's a great color and texture and definitely steps up the look of my bed. The only complaint I have is that the screws provided do not fit into the holes of my bed frame (which I thought is just a standard generic metal frame) so I ended up just resting the headboard legs on the floor and leaning the bed up against it which works just fine. Alternatively I can go buy other screws/nuts that are thinner.Very nice! Especially for the price. The quality of the fabric looks very good. I was a little worried about some of the reviews that said hardware was missing or that it was wobbly after it was attached. Mine has attached very securely and all of the hardware was there plus extra. It wasn't hard to attach at all, I just had a friend hold it in place when I screwed the legs to the metal frame. I'm very pleased with this purchase!Like this headboard a lot. It’s sturdy and comfortable. I’m glad I bought it. Only flaw is that the charcoal or dark grey colour has some blue in it that I didn’t expect.
