I was in a Las Vegas hotel and even took the pillow out of the pillowcase to look it up. I ordered it and it has been very flat. I think the trick is to place it in a smaller pillowcase, but I don't know where to find one. They should sell it as a set.I love the pillows. Love the comfort. Bummed, I ordered 2 Medium Pillows. But got 1 Firm and 1 Medium. I got rid of large box it came in , didn't think this would happen, such a hassle to have to return pillow.I LIKE IT, but I might have preferred two pillows, one soft and one firmer since I sleep both on my back and on my side. This is a compromise. I tend to fold it when I need more support sleeping on my side.It's pricey. But it's worth every penny. This pillow is the only pillow I need. It supports my neck and head with just the right amount of lift off the mattress and stays cool all night long. I am having trouble finding a pillowcase that fits though. The pillow is the same width as a standard pillow but longer. I'll figure it out. Love, love, love the pillow so much that I purchased two.Back or Side sleeper this pillow eliminated my morning neck headache. The pillow is not hard and does not prop your head way up.They are fineNice but very firm. It will take several months to "break in" this pillow.Nice & Comfortable Pillows, but I prefer TempurPedic Pillows, which are considerably firmer!
