I have to cut 1 point for delivery mess up otherwise product worth 5 stars.Delivery: Only once the product was shipped, I came to know that it is curbside delivery. Transport guy had telephonic conversation with me and he agreed that delivery man will give me call atleast 30 minutes before he arrives. But he called me when parked his vehicle and then he started hurrying that I have to be there in 5 minutes. My office was at 20 min distance and then I had to arrange for help too. Somehow I managed to reach at time. It was raining and he didn't bother to help me putting it under the shade which was just 10 meters from where he left.Product: It is same as it is shown here. My daughter loved it. So far it looks durable enough to last many years. Assemble was simple but little time consuming (2 person-2 hours).I love it! This bunk bed is super well built and sturdy and the price simply can not be beat. Took one person about 3 and a half hours to assemble with the only tool required being a drill (with the allen wrench bits the drill speeds up the assembly process). Definitely assemble it where you want it to be as it is VERY heavy and definitely need two people to lift the twin bed on top. I give it five stars because of the quality and the price, but two things would make it over the top awesome: 1. under bed storage; there is plenty of clearance for a decent sized drawer, would be nice to have the option of purchasing one 2. as is, the sheets from the top bed hang through the support slats and can be seen hanging down; would suggest providing a piece of plywood or particle board to make it a smooth under surface to hide the sheets underneath the top bed (but we did this ourselves). The ladder can be moved easily and later on the two beds can be used separately. Super happy with this purchase!I wanted a queen (not full) on the bottom, which narrows the selection. With the queen, you get a longer twin (twin XL) on the top. This bed has a great appearance, is very sturdy and the assembly is straightforward. I added a set of bowed slats to increase the capacity of the top bunk.I researched beds for weeks and then decided on this one because it is real wood & not particle board. This bed is beautiful, absolutely solid. It took 3 of us 2 hours to put together (we are all rather challenged with house projects so if we can do it, you can do it) the instructions were EASy & CLEAR, hallelujah! We bought pre-cut to size 3/4 inch solid plywood instead of bunkie boards and it saved us money and worked perfectly. I have no complaints about the product at all.Our daughters love this bed. It looks so cute in their room. Also, coincidentally it nearly matches their little American doll bed. We paid for the installation and I’m glad I did. The ladies Amazon sent did a great job and were friendly and professional. They worked efficiently but it still took them several hours to put together. Unless you’re really handy and have free time, it’s worth it.very good quality and customer service - only need to point out that I had to order plywood to make sure 10-slats won't break.suggestion: order sanded plywood (1/3-3/4 inch, AC or BC) at home depot or lowes and ask them to cut into 80 x 37-38 and 80 x 58-59.I love the bunk bed and it is great, but the wood is not as strong as it seems. When we unpacked it, there were dents in the wood. We thought about returning, but the hassle would not have been worth it.Nice bed for the price. Easy to assemble and nice trim on the wood makes this an easy 4 stars. Only complaint is that the ladder to the top bunk doesn't rest or secure on the bottom, it just rests against the queen mattress and then sticks out a little.
