This shipped on schedule and arrived just fine. However, the “included” parts are incomplete. I now have to get missing parts from the hardware store in order to assemble this. Frustrating and sloppy!Pretty. Love Safavieh products. This grey is very green. I couldn’t return it or my teenager would flip out but if it were up to me I would not want something with such a strong green undertone. We just repainted her room super light gray which I thought would help and it didn’t.The bed looks decent but the bed frame is very weak. After less than 3 months of buying this product, the wood slats on the bed frame started falling off. I contacted the seller Pacific Rug and Home who have been very unhelpful saying I need to take it up with the manufacturer. In my view, the seller should take responsibility for the poor quality of the product they are selling and the customer dissatifaction arising because of this. Very disappointed, do not recommend neither this bed or this particular seller based on my experience.We listed this on our Zola wedding registry (the lack of a product reviews option on their site store unfortunately lead us to put this on our wish list). We were excited to get a new bed, but were highly disappointed and honestly confused by how bad the support of the frame was.Did we miss some screws? Maybe they’re not tightened enough? We went over everything and it was all installed properly. The frame shakes and wobbles with any slight movement on the bed...so imagine how bad it is with...bigger movements.... We actually ended up keeping our cheap mattress stand/platform and were able to fit it in place of this bed’s underside support. It’s just so disappointing that for the over $400, this couldn’t even sit sturdily on the floor like a normal bed frame.
