I just opened the box to see what’s inside and one of the boards is damaged. Going to put it together and I will update this review on the rest.Update: I finished putting together. Wasn’t too difficult by myself. A couple of the pre drilled holes were too wide. I just found a couple larger screws and used them. The stickers they give you to cover the holes don’t really match the wood… over all it’s ok. It’s engineered wood so my expectations weren’t that high.Went together OK, but took three hours to assemble (with no help). One of the decorative side pieces needed longer screws since the provided screws would not hold. None of the pieces were damaged as other reviewers complained about. Bear in mind, this is made of particle board (MDF).Beautiful & HIGH Quality For What You Pay, HOWEVER, NONE Of These Are “Easy” To Assemble!! Actually Decided To PAY Someone To Put Them Together & They Had A Difficult Time As Well!! So, In The Long Run, I Paid The Same Price To Buy In Store, Assembled & Delivered!!! Otherwise They Are Beautiful Pieces Of Furniture!!It appears they have re-tooled some of the issues from previous reviews (mine was marked 3/2021 production). LOTS of hardware that comes separated and marked on a plastic over cardboard set up. I would recommend marking up some disposable cups with part numbers and separating out that way as once you break in to it, things get mixed up. Drawers were not labeled correctly but once you figured it out, not terribly hard. Some of the pilot holes on the drawer side for brackets were not drilled; more of an indention - you will want to drill actual pilot holes. I bought two of them and both of the back boards (very thin) were damaged. I put in a request today for those and two other pieces that were damaged (one slightly and the other pretty damaged). I'll follow up once the manufacturer responds. Heavy furniture - the box is shipped at 100 lbs+. The "finish" is very thin and very easily marred so you will not want this for kids furniture or a high traffic area. 270 pieces of hardware and 27 pieces of "wood" per dresser, so give yourself some time; looks very nice when completed. The plywood/press board smell is slowly dissipating...so plan on some "air out" time as well.I am in love with these tables, my husband put them together no problem and I ended up buying the lamps from Amazon too to go with my rustic style. Two thumbs up!!It’s a nice table but I’m sure it’ll be trash after one move.Very nicely made, sturdy and appealing.I was really torn on ordering this because of so many negative reviews. I was one of the lucky ones who had a good experience. It did take some extra effort and screws it didn’t come with, so not perfect. But it was fairly easy to put together and looks lovely fully assembled.This piece is a note worthy piece for the bedroom decor. Rich dark barnwood color. Drawers roll out nicely. A decent size on the small side. Perfect for our space. This is not a natural wood piece, it is plywood with a vinyl wood overlay.Over all the two pieces I ordered were easy to assemble on my own. One of the drawers you can see in the photos for some reason looks worn, I'm not sure why.Over all I really love our new side tables.As long as you follow the instructions, it is pretty easy to assemble. Not that I've measured it, but the bottom cubby gives enough room to house 20+ books (and snacks in the very back too). The drawer is smaller than I am used to; however, is big enough to hold all the things I need it to. Over all, it is sturdy and exactly what needed, and am glad I bought two.Instructions are well made and end product looks very nice. BUT: on BOTH stands, the holes in one of the four legs are misaligned and as a result that leg is about 1/4'' longer then the other 3. I had to saw the extra off myself (again, on both!). Also the drawer fit way too tight and is hard to pull out and pull back in, on both also!Buyer beware !!!!Very poor quality, the drawer did not fit properly.NEVER RECOMMEND to anyone !!!!Good value. But colour was not even close to the picture of the colour picked.
