When other reviews describe this piece as "kind of sheer", it's an understatement. The dress is thin to the point that not only will any under garment you wear be fully visible, but you may as well have forgone wearing a dress at all. Although the fit is decent for the price, this is not something you would want to wear in outside of the home.The costume was very cute. although the dress is thin and sort of sheer. You can see any undergarments through it. This was expected most halloween costumes use thin material. I ended up just wearing a black bandu and black underwear underneath it. Loved the headband, arm piece and neck piece.
